At Pistacatro, we have been working for over a year on an acceleration process funded by the European Union’s Next Generation Funds and managed by the Xunta de Galicia. The new merchandising products we offer are the result of collaboration between Pistacatro and small businesses and artisans who provide high-quality products and a sustainable production model. This opens up a framework for partnerships with the private sector to take on other projects, while also serving as a prototype to explore the possibilities of generating additional funding sources through product sales.
