The Company

Pistacatro is the most prominent circus company and producer of Performing Arts in Galicia. It distributes its own productions or some others that arise from the creative matrix of the Circonove project, as well as those that we consider important under criteria of quality and cultural interest. After almost 18 years since its establishment in 2006, Pistacatro aims to continue establishing itself as the pioneering producer of new circus trends in Galicia, opening new markets and audiences. We are a facilitator for the professionalization of circus in our land, under criteria of quality and cultural interest, while respecting the rights of workers and artists who, in some way, participate in our project. We want to be a catalyst that allows communication with other people and projects to generate culture through co-production or collaboration, remaining faithful to our bond with the audience.
