DROP is a juggling show but also, and above all, Drop is a jugglers’ show. People who develop a special ability to keep objects floating in the air. A child’s game turned into a way of life.
But beyond that, and just like the rest of people, children grow up and live with their environment, with its challenges, its problems, its attributes and shortcomings, and try to keep everything in the air to survive in a place where everything ends up falling down.
That’s why DROP has fun, constantly and more than ever, with the metaphor that compares juggling with life. And it reminds us that, in some way, we are all great jugglers in our daily lives.
Four jugglers and a pianist invite us to live in the world of dreams, in which we observe patterns, choreographies of objects, drawings in the air that are nothing more than the problems and tasks of the day-to-day life of any of us.
And, for an hour, if the world doesn’t fall, they will make us get up to fall again and remind us that life is nothing more than a game.
