The Little House Circus presents the story of a girl, Nmógadah, who finds herself abandoned in the midst of a war, with no company other than the bombs and the whistle of bullets. The protagonist escapes death and embarks on a journey where she won’t be able to distinguish enemies from friends. An odyssey in which Nmógadah will traverse sinister caves and dizzying mountains, musical forests and ominous seas, the heavy suffering of chains and the light daydream of freedom. In this adventure, she is aided by Master Lionel and wondrous creatures that defy gravity: the circus artists. Let’s accompany her on this perilous journey back to the Republic of Arnoia! Does Arnoia truly exist, or is it one of those dreamed-up countries that vanish with adolescence?
